Durham skyline with sun and clouds

I am an Information Architect and UX Designer at Duke University. My role focuses on creating simple and enjoyable web experiences for users in a variety of web projects across Duke. I especially enjoy doing user research, simplifying workflows, and creating interesting structured content plans.

I am also an official librarian, and my previous job was as Web & User Experience Development Librarian at an NC-statewide library consortium. My job description there – "helping people find, use, and create information that improves their communities and their lives" – is still a good summary of my professional interests.

Other interests include food, feminism, front end development, alternative transit, permaculture and/or meadow gardening, and Hillary Clinton.

I live in Durham, NC. Y'all means all. ♥ ♥ ♥
